Welcome to our patch of paradise. We’re Alice and Jason and our family has been farming this piece of Tasmanian bushland for decades. Aquila is named after the Tasmanian wedge-tailed eagle (Aquila audax fleayi), which we often see soaring over our land. We are deeply passionate about this land and the natural resources the earth and sun provide.
